Kauai Helicopter Tour - Best Time of Day?

I am looking into Kauai Helicopter Tours while we are docked @ Nawiliwli in early May.

When is the best time of day to get optimal views - flying morning or afternoon?

Any suggestions on a Tour Company would be appreciated !

Morning is usually recommended for a better chance of clear skies.

Suggest booking directly with the helicopter company vs a third party booking site (not sure if Kauai Helicopter Tours is the former or latter?) Be sure to know the cancellation policy before booking, just in case you have to cancel (usually if they cancel, you'll get a refund, but worth checking the policy just to be sure.)

We used Blue Hawaiian on our POA cruise in 2014 and the were top notch. We booked direct with them. Do as early in the am as possible. The clouds tend to gather as the day goes on. They did a pick up at the cruise port for us.
