How quickly does the casino reply to e-mails?

Why would you email the casino? I only play there a bit every cruise. Mostly slots. Think I Walked away with $200 last cruise. But i am curious why you would email them?

You may be entitled to comps for an upcoming cruise based on your points/play from previous cruise(s). Usually cash, but sometimes if you played a lot, the Drinks On Us card or a comped meal at the specialty restaurant.

If you e-mail the casino will they tell you if you will get the DOU card or comped meals? My reply from them just stated casino cash for myself and DH and then said "any onboard amenities would be delivered to your cabin". I wasn't sure if they told you in advance about the DOU card.

I just got my reply. I'd actually e-mailed to ask how many table points my husband had earned on our last cruise and if he qualified for a DOU card upon boarding our upcoming cruise.

They responded back "Unfortunately, you do not qualify for any pre-boarding comps on this cruise. Please ensure you check-in with the casino host once on board as they will provide you with on-board comps based on your level of play."

Does anyone know what the table point requirement is for a comped DOU card upon boarding? I know it's 5000 for slots.

Doesn't that show up on special offers? I have never thought of calling, perhaps I should. Can't hurt right? [emoji4]

Hi, could someone please tell me where you emailed? I sent and email sometime ago and have heard nothing. Was wondering if maybe I sent it to the wrong place or something. Thank!

So from your post I am gathering that the e-mail said he would have the DOU card waiting for him upon embarkation? Did it also state if he had any casino cash? I don't know what the point total is to have it waiting for you, but I know it is 200 points to get it on a cruise but the point structure is different.

I e-mailed casino@carnival.com and got a response within 24 hours.

No, they stated that he would NOT be getting one upon embarkation, but to check with the casino host for any comps he does qualify for.

Yes, we are getting cruise cash as part of the casino offer we booked under.

The e-mail we got from the casino stated the amount of casino cash we would each receive as well as the following:

"We have placed your details onto our guest list so that the on board team is aware of your arrival. Please ensure you present your on board account card at the Cashier’s Cage in the casino to claim any monetary comps. Any in cabin amenities will be waiting for you in upon embarkation."

This leads me to believe that there will be unknown additional amenities that we will get once onboard. I just didn't know if the DOU card was considered an in cabin amenity. I guess we'll find out :)
