Hotels park and stay in SF

Does anyone know a good hotel in San Francisco, where we can stay the night before we leave on our cruise and they will keep our car for the 11 days were gone? We stayed in SF last October but did not like the hotel, it was a pretty far drive to the cruise terminal. It was La Hacienda or something like that, very cheap hotel, inside and out. Not expecting anything fabulas, but something closer would be nice. :confused:
