Where does the onboard credit show up under My Cruise Manager on the Carnival website? I initially had a $50 onboard credit offer when booking. Then there was a price drop after I paid in full. I can only find the adjusted price, but do not see the initial credit or the credit for the price drop.

Some times it shows under your cruise documents. Follow the link to view your cruise documents under manage my cruise. And click print general information. It will bring up a pdf form, on board credit should be listed there. If not, you may have lost it with the price drop if that on board credit offer was not current when you changed to the new lower rate.

You refared when you got the price drop. You lost the OBC tied into the fare, would only get another OBC if it's part of the new fare. Of course, if your OBC was Book Onboard or Shareholder's etc it should still be there. B
