Tour to Rainforest

We're arriving on a cruise at Noon (12:00) and we are looking for a half-day tour of the rain forest. We're older so we need a tour of easy to moderate exertion level. Any suggestions?

What time does your ship leave? At what time must you be back on board? Some tours are very low stress/exercise since they basically drive through with a stop at one of the road-side waterfalls and the visitors center. Others do some hiking on some of the paths trough the forest. Your experience/time at the forest might vary depending on your time in port.
