Dunn's River Falls and Scotchies

So looks like we are leaning more towards hiring a driver and doing these 2 activities. Just wondering are there areas right around the pier for shopping? Or do you have to go into town for this? Only because once we are finished with the falls and lunch we plan to be dropped off close to the pier and just spend time there. Want to be close the the Ship so as not to end up a pier runner...;)

 

Also how does in work at the falls as far as taking pictures? Does everyone bring a waterproof camera? Or are ones in your party taking pictures from a dry distant area?:confused:
