Shuttle Pick Up Time - Breeze

I have a shuttle pick up time scheduled for 9:30 on October 23rd. We will be getting off the Carnival Breeze and we will have priority debarkation. Will we be able to set our luggage out the night before or do we need to do self assisted. And if we do self assisted are there elevators in the terminal that we can use? (Escalators scare me especially with luggage). Thanks for your help.
