Exclusive Caribbean island escape shore excursion on Equinox

Hello everyone, We will be leaving next week on the 11 night ultimate Caribbean cruise on the Equinox. Has anyone taken or is scheduled to take the excursion called exclusive Island Escape? We are thinking about it but would like to know if anyone else knows anything about it. Your comments are appreciated.

We just got off ship Friday and took this excursion. It is about an hour boat ride in a small boat. The island os a very small island with small strtch of sand, a small pool and pool house. They have chairs by pool and on beach, most of which are in shade, then a line of chairs out in sun on a wall / walkway they have built to extend to a helicoptrr pad. They served a lunch of grilled lobster and swordfish along with salad, rice and beans. When we were there they had either vodka or rum with passion fruit or beer and white wine.

 

If you are looking for expansive beach with options for waters ports then this is not for you.

 

If you want to just relax and read or swim a bit then this could be it.

 

IMO, it is not worth the money charged.

Thank you so much for the feedback, this is exactly what we needed to know. They advertised something called a Zayak (raft type that has clear bottom that you snorkel in that sounded fun and would have been one of the main reasons to try this excursion. We will probably find something else to do. Again, thanks for the response.
