Deck 10 is well placed to get down to the rest of the ship for bars, dinner etc... However 14 will have easier access to the pool deck without relying on the lifts... From the deck plans not much between them, however I think I'd go for 10 so that if the lifts were busy during the evening getting to the main public areas would be easier

I guess it then depends how much you want to use the balcony Stuart? I think it might be difficult to tell until the ship launches to be honest. If I were in your position, I would go for 10, surely the prom won't be too bad during the day, and if it were me I'd be out and about? I tend to use my balcony in the evening for a drink before dinner or before bed but guess that depends on preference... I have been on D13 on Fantasia class and the overhang meant we were in the shade
