Symphony transatlantic question

I was looking at the itinerary for the October 18th TA for Symphony and noticed there's only one stop in 14 days.

 

Do they eventually add them as its a year and a half away? Pretty good price points right now, I'm seriously considering my first TA, just not sure I'd like 10 strait sea days.

Unless there is some sort of problem with a port or schedule, they usually don't add ports.

As of now the RCI website only shows them stopping in Spain on day 3. Is this typical?

Not typical for other ships, but Oasis class ships have limited ports that can handle them.
