hi

We are on Epic later this month, and hubby and daughter wanted to do some exercise sessions eg boot camps. Does anyone have any recent gym/fitness session information?

On the jade in Jan there were yoga, spin, boot camp, and I think TRX, offered at additional cost. The classes had a per class fee $15ish and there was a small discount to purchase multiple classes. On top of the class fees you pay an 18% gratuity.

I spin often at home and decided to take some spin classes on the ship. I didn't enjoy them. The equipment was old and worn out, there was hardly anyone else in the classes (even though many signed up) and the instructor didn't appear trained in spinning (and admitted he had never taught spin until NCL assigned him to be the spin instructor). Doesn't mean all their classes are bad, but wouldn't plan on buying a multi-class package until you try one out.
