I'm going to say go September 30th because I've heard that some schools, especially in the northeast, offer a fall break, usually in the middle of October and some families will take advantage of that and still cruise. As this hurricane season has proved, the two weeks difference won't matter much as hurricane season lasts until the end of November (don't believe me - Tropical Storm Delta developed this week). You just can't predict which week will have better weather.

We did a B2B on Navigator this year. Sept. 24 and Oct.1. The Sept week was much less crowded. 223 in kids club vs. 495. Many year round school districts offer a Oct. break. I have heard of very few that do a Sept. It was neat to see the difference between a full ship and not quite full. Any questions feel free to ask.

I believe everybody just told you there would probably be a break in October and it's usually around Columbus Day which is right when you booked. Geez.

2 people mentioned the break, all I was asking for is further clarification ...geez

Who knows, maybe all those families are booked on Freedom of the Seas :D

We don't really care, either way my friends and I will have lots of fun, I am not afraid of the kiddes.
