Has anyone done the Cattamaran/Snorkel excursion?

Hi. Our ship has been rerouted to Costa Maya from Cozumel. Going in 3 about weeks.

 

I was looking at the excursions and saw there is a new one where you go on a Cattamaran and Snorkel. I have done similiar excursions at other places and know they can be awesome (St. John's, V.I. if you ever go there) or mediocre (Nassau, rainbow reef).

 

Has anyone done this one at Costa Maya? I have snorkeled from a beach there and it wasn't much. Maybe it was just not the best place in CM to snorkel?
