Merging cabins (upgrade) after final payment?

Hi all,

 

We currently have two ocean-view balconies, and a good deal has come up on a Royal Family Suite. Is it possible to merge the two cabins into the one RFS after the final payment date has passed?

Technically ,you would be cancelling one booking and subject to penalties.

 

However, it's worth a shot to consult with whoever booked your cruise. Maybe RC will waive that penalty if you would be paying more for the RFS than the two original staterooms.
