question re: Overland excursion

DH and I were reading thru the excursions last night and we know everyone who has done it has suggested the Overland excursion in Geirenger (sp?). That is fine but what about the Glacier excursion? It is identical to the overland one except in the overland you go to a ski resort type place and the other excursion goes to a glacier instead of that. Seems to me that would actually be a better choice as you get the overland stuff that everyone recommends but you also get the glacier that if you don't do on this, you have to pay another $60pp to do in Olden. Anyone know anything that perhaps the excursion list isn't telling us? Thanks for your input, we plan on booking our excursions soon.

I'm wondering the same thing as Beth. Does anyone have any experience with the excursion that visits the glacier from Geiranger?

Hi Beth

I had been curious about the same thing. DH spoke to someone at work who highly recommended the tour with the glacier visit, so that’s what we booked.
