Atlantis submarine?

Our first cruise this December with our 4 kids, ages 12, 10, 5, and 4. We are in Port for 7 hours. I know everyone says the stingrays are amazing. We just aren't entirely sure how the youngest two will do with them, and it's a 3 hour excursion.

 

The Atlantis submarine looks really cool, but it's more expensive. It only holds 40 people, though, it is a break from being in the sun (and we are all very fair) and it's only 1 1/2 hours. We want to hit 7MB for a bit and just generally explore George Town.

 

Has anyone done the submarine dive? Any thoughts or suggestions for what to do with the kids?
