Fishing excursions in St. Maarten?

DH mentioned that he'd like to take a fishing excursion on our upcoming cruise. So, I'm looking for feedback/advice on the following:

 

Deep Sea Fishing Expedition

BUBBA Bottom Fishing & Coastal Cruise

 

Both are offered through Celebrity, yet I suspect that other lines use them, as well.

Update: DH is leaning toward the BUBBA excursion, mainly due to its cost. He used to do a lot of fishing about 10/20 years ago, but nothing recently. Any opinons one way or the other?

I wouldn't bother fishing while in St. Martin. The water between the islands where most fish is very rough and fishing is not very good. We have gone out a couple of times over the years, but have never caught any fish. Fishing is much better in the Bahamas or Florida.
