Anyone tried Captain Crosby's in GC?

Hi - getting ready for a Carnival cruise that goes to GC on Dec. 26. I'm researching various shore excursions that will include a trip to the stingray sandbar. I've read lots of reviews of Captain Marvin's, Nativeways, and Sotos on this site, but haven't seen any mention of Captain Crosby. Anyone have any information about this tour that they could share with me as I try to decide which tour to go on?

My other concern is that there will be 6 ships in port that day. I understand traffic can get pretty bottlenecked as people try to get back to the docks for the tenders. Given that fact, would we be safe to book an all day (5 hour) excursion like the 'Rays, Reef, and Rum Point tour on Nativeways, or would we be safer just doing a 3 hour snorkel trip so we won't feel too panic-stricken trying to get back to our ship on a busy traffic day?

Thanks so much for your help. I was up until 3 this morning reading everyone's comments here and learning lots!
