multiple transfers

We are staying 2 days pre cruise at the Radisson and one day post cruise at the intercontinental. Our flight gets into Pappete at 115am. We would need 4 transfers during our stay. Can someone tell me if it is best to arrange these transfers ahead of time or is it less expensive to just get a taxi when we need it. Can someone who has done this suggest a taxi company that they have used and what the approximate cost would be.
