Hello all. I keep getting kicked off Cruise Planner. Anyone else having issues?

The RCI website is the WORST. These horrible videos with a mirror image which show you nothing and just give you a headache. Navigation is a real pain. The excursions information is kind of vague and the choices don't seem as numerous as they used to be. So little information on everything. I don't understand why they don't improve this. If I had never cruised on them before, I wouldn't want to.

Given the size of the corporation, it's a joke that the RCI website sucks so bad and functions like it's from the 1990's. As far as why they don't give it a face lift, they seem to be filling ships just fine so I guess they figure what's the point in investing in a new site. Now if people weren't willing to deal with the B.S. and simply gave up and weren't booking online, you better believe they'd have a new website up and running before I even have time to click the "submit reply" button on this post. :)
