luv2travel06 Posted February 18, 2018 Author #26 Share Posted February 18, 2018 Falmouth may be the one stop that is still okay in Jamaica from other reports on the net I read before I just visited here over the holidays - plus it puts you closer to the river rafting on the Martha Bray - which is a shore excursion worth a scheduled tour visit. Gorgeous and jungly - all you could wish the whole island would be like. You don't get wet - you sit on a bamboo raft bench, while you get poled down the river under a lush green canopy. . Back last week from Montego Bay on the Veendam. We did the Martha Brae river rafting. Our raft captain, Reid, took Brooke Burke down the river when she did the Wild On Jamaica show in 1999(?). We talked about it on the raft and I found the segment on YouTube when we got home. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
slightlysilly Posted February 19, 2018 #27 Share Posted February 19, 2018 I’m sitting in Club Mobay waiting for my flight out of Montego Bay. I’m happy, relaxed and I feel safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. The people of Jamaica are lovely. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
