Classic Menu Available On Italian Night?

I recall reading that the Classic menu was not available on Italian night. Just wondering if anyone knows whether this is actually the case? Traveling with 1 really picky person and hoping to be able to get chicken or beef somehow. Cruising on Seaside.

Hi, we were on board last week and the classic offerings were not available on either Italian or elegant night. I recommend the lasagna which was very good, I think a picky eater would like it. I’m a bit picky as well but I love lasagna! There was chicken parmigiana which could be an option too, I tried it from my partners plate and it was good.
