How often does Pride of America miss stopping at Hilo or Kona due to weather?

How often does Pride of America miss stopping at Hilo or Kona due to weather?

Does anyone know which months are more likely to miss the Hilo or Kona stops? I'm assuming the winter, more windy months.

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
