Need ideas on what to do while cruise ship is in port.

Visit the Baths on your own, catamaran to Jost Van Dyke, Cane Garden Bay and Smuggler's Cove for beach time.

Tons of ideas in this forum. You can get more details on the beaches and other excursion options like day sails, the Baths, and Jost, and Marina Cay in other threads here. But your port times are important- what are your port arrival/departure times?

 

 

To clarify the previous post, the best beach options on Tortola are Cane Garden Bay (GGB) and Brewers Bay, both are an $8 taxi ride via the group safari taxis. Smuggler’s Cove is an option but no amenities, and you need a driver to return. Taxis return to the other beaches to pick you up.
