Car rental or car service in Antibes

We will be on the Crystal Serenity visiting Antibes on October 1, 2018. Would like to go up to St. Paul de Vence for lunch and walk around. We've been there a couple of times and enjoy walking and eating while visiting. Deciding between renting a car or using a car service to drive us and wait there until we are ready to return. Hearing stories that even if you rent in advance it could be a long wait to pick up the car as there is just one line for people that reserved and people looking to make day of reservations. Any suggestions of car rentals or car services? Thank you.
