Juneau tours offers a shuttle back to the docks for $20 cash payable to the driver. Leaves from “Bear Stop” every half hour. Round trip is $45. You can pay ahead and get a voucher on-line from their web site but the site mentions getting in line. Probably with hundreds of other cruisers.
