Back to Back Cruise and Alcohol Purchase

They used to, but no longer do. The best thing you can do is befriend someone who is not going on the second cruise, go to the shops with them, let them pay for your purchase on their card so it is delivered to their room on the last night, reimburse them and meet up with them to get your bottle of booze.

I started cruising when it was perfectly okay to purchase alcohol from the onboard shop and take it directly to your room. It is pretty ridiculous that the cruise lines no longer allow this and need to make every stingy dollar that they think up. I think they even charge for delivery now.

I no longer drink, so it makes no difference to me personally, but not treating cruise guests with respect and dignity kind of irks me.

Cheers!
