Canceling and Rebooking from Cruise Planner

I purchased Voom and soda package yesterday. The price has now dropped and I would like to cancel and rebook.

 

I cannot find my order history! I am using my iPhone (not laptop) and can add to cart and purchase, but cannot find the previous order to cancel. I have received my receipt from Royal and the charge was posted to my credit card yesterday. Could it be because I am logging in on my mobile?

 

Any suggestions?

With Chrome I have had the order history disappear a lot, but if I click on the shore excursions tab it shows up again. I can see it for a while but when the page finishes loading it vanishes. So it isn't just you and your phone.

 

If I had to guess this kind of thing is a browser version issue. The web site isn't recognizing the particular browser version being used so it defaults to a simpler version.
