Sunset Pirate Party?

CAPTAIN TEW

Recommended Posts

We did it last May and it was fun to do once. The evening one is definately geared more towards adults than the daytime one. The pirate battle was fun to watch - the "Crew" had great personailities. Fireworks were cool and we even saw 3 dolphins right at sunset (and it was a gorgeous sunset). Dinner was held down in the belly of the ship - but the stairs are very steep so you must be careful (they make you climb down like on a ladder). They served a yummy steak and shrimp (which I passed to DH) with a small salad, rice rilaf, wine and bread. It was plenty of food and actually quite good. Due to space limitations in the galley, they split the group into 2 "seatings" for dinner. While the one group is eating, the other is upstairs watching an indian fire dance (I think that's what they called it). There was also dancing and goofy games that sort of Americanized it a bit (and was the only part we didnt like).

Were there the first week in dec. We thought it was high in price at first but well worth it. It was hard to get on at the last minute, but we made it. We liked the silly games ,but that could have been due to the open bar. ha ha. The dinner was very yummy. We were not on a cruise, dont know if we would get off a boat to get on another boat . It was very very entertaining, never a dull moment. Great crew, they got the crowd involved in the "show".:)
