notolddrifter Posted December 15, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 15, 2018 My call name is notolddrifter, a proud tin-can sailor, 1957 to 1963. I know you're out there somewhere and I make it my life's work to get all the cruising vets together on all the cruises I take. Look for me and my wife. On my hat, I proudly wear my first ship USS Stickell, DDR888. It matters not which branch of the military you served in, nor the country. Some of our gatherings had very interesting people from as far back as WW2. The ships have been very good at letting us use space for our military tribute. My wife spends most of her days on board talking to the women about our tribute. My first tribute on board a cruiseline was a spontaneous event which was well attended. Hopefully you will take a little time while we're at sea to drop by. You'll probably find me on the Lido Deck where the coffee reigns supreme from around 0600 hours or eating breakfast there. Of course, the scuttlebutt works as well. If you would like to contact me, my email is notolddrifter@aol.com.
Rare ReneeFLL Posted January 20, 2019 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2019 I know it's to late for this cruise, but have you tried posting this on your roll call?
