First time flying with NCL- Shuttle ?

We normally always drive to ports from Texas but this time we are flying out of LAX from the Star and wondering what procedure is to leave the ship that morning. What time is the shuttle to the airport? Flight is not until 3:30pm. Not sure what w will do until our flight yet. They have some tours around LA but not sure we would time. Will they take our luggage straight to airport or do we need to keep it with us?
