The ship will provide visa for Egypt...everyone who enters Egypt requires a visa.

 

Land entry is $25 US p/p....some ships will add visa fee to your onboatd account.

Just received this message from Visa online website

Egypt, Good news! Because of your nationality (Australian) you don’t require a visa if you are travelling to Alexandria, Port Said or Suez on a cruise ship for a maximum of 3 days in each location, and departing on the same cruise ship.

 

If you are planning to stay in Egypt longer or are travelling independently of the cruise ship, you will require a tourist visa.
