Does anyone have a mailing address for RCI?

I'm looking to get the mailing address for RCI -- preferably a department that deals with letters about employees who have gone the extra mile for you while on vacation. (I was told that sending a letter to the head office seems to get an employee a 'gold star' or pat on the back better than the survey you fill out on board.)

 

I've requested this through their customer service email system which seems to be a bit of a joke. One confirmation that it had been received two weeks ago and nothing since then. Anyone able to shed some light on a proper mailing address for me?
