Edge MDR embarkation lunch

We are sailing on the Edge for the 1st time next month.  Since we are in Concierge Class, we know we can choose to have lunch in the MDR.  We did not choose to do this on our last cruise (on the Equinox) because the choices were limited and had very mixed reviews.  Could someone provide a list of the options on the Edge and any feedback/impressions would be appreciated.  We understand that food is very subjective, so just knowing some details of the options would be helpful.  Thanks!
