14 injured on Grand Princess 2/1//2006

New just reported that the ship had to turn around for a medical emergence and turned too sharp. Ship tilted and there was lots of broken glass and some injuries.

The news report tonight on local channel 13 said 40 ppl injured.But,that was the only ones reported.I know for a fact there were a lot of us injured that didnt go down because we felt the staff had enough to do with ones that were truly in need of assitance.I was one of the very lucky.I have only a golf ball size bruise on my fore arm.It does have a big knot in it,and is extremely sore,but I knew it wasnt broken.Someone said I should take a picure of it :)

 

Im just glad that everyone seems to be ok physically.I will consider another cruise line over Princess ONLY because I felt they should have had someone mention the plan before all hell broke loose.It would have saved a lot of panic.Instead we wondered if we were truly going "down".
