What ever happened to...... Princess Hotels?

What ever happened to Princess Hotels? In Orange County CA they had the Alicante Princess. They hoped to use it as a pre-cruise hotel and get people to come in a few days early and go to Disneyland as part of a package.

 

The hotel is three miles south of Disneyland, 25 miles east of the San Pedro WCC and now is called the Hyatt Regency Orange County.
