Add in the 33% casino revenue tax and taxing corporate profits, nice windfall.

 

If the lines are smart, they'll kick up the payout on the slots to like 98 or 99% in Alaskan waters to exciting players and avoid high profits, then kick them back down at soon as they leave. :D

I'm afraid the math doesn't work. While the passengers would be happy, the cruise line would still suffer a significant drop in profits therfore forcing an increase in fares.

The initiative will not be on the ballot until November.

 

Actually no, unless you have something better. I checked every place I could on the web and besides Cruise News Daily this is the only referance to the date I can find.
