Hello,

 

We have a 5 night family reunion cruise from Los Angeles to Mexico in 30 days.

Most of the family is flying in the day before the cruise from Michigan to Los Angeles.

This will be the first cruise for most of them...

 

I would like to send everyone an email with a Document Check List needed so they don't get denied at the pier.

Everyone is Vaccinated except 3 children who are under the age of 12. 

 

Can you tell me if I missed anything? 

 

Original Proof of Vaccination (cannot be a photocopy) 

Printed Negative Covid-19 Test taken up to 2 days prior to sail date. (Sail date is Thursday, so you can test as early as Tuesday)

Unexpired Passport or Government Issued Photo ID (Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond completion of travel)

Printed Boarding Pass

Printed Luggage Tags

 

Birth Certificate for Children 

Printed Negative PCR Covid-19 Test taken up to 3 days prior to sail date for children over age 2 (Sail date is Thursday, so test on Monday)

Carnival Approved Exemption Letter for Unvaccinated children

 

Credit Card / Debit Card

Insurance Card
