Need Hilton Heathrow suggestions

Hi

 

We have stayed at the Hilton at Heathrow Terminal 4 several times, but that was when we flew US Air and American to Philadelphia.   This time, the flight is on British Airways from Heathrow to Philadelphia.  (We will overnight there, after flying British Airways from Amsterdam to Heathrow.)   Is that Hilton the most convenient for British Airways flights to the US?   I also see that there is a Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport at Terminal 2/3.   I checked today's flights:  the American flight left from Terminal 5 and the British Air flight left from Terminal 3, but I'm not sure if that is always the case.  There is also an option at Terminal 5.   I'd rather use the pedestrian access  instead of schlepping luggage on and off a bus.
