Disembarkation port has been changed on Enchanted princess TA and Baltic, flight refunds?

Our enchanted princess TA and Baltic disembarkation port has been changed from Copenhagen to Southampton. Apparently we will get some sort of refund on the flight changes. How does this work and how long does it usually take?
