AOS Excursions

I have been reading all of the message boards (spending way too much time) trying to figure out which excursions would be best at each port on my first cruise in March. I'm just totally confused and can't remember what I read and where I read it.

Please, anyone who has been to these ports, pass along your recommendations.

My fiance and I are looking for the best beaches at each port with the only activities being one session of snorkeling and one kayaking (depending on which excursion is recommended and where), and a little bit of shopping (for her), but our main priority is to and relax on the beach during a much needed vacation.

I'm hoping to do most of our touring of these ports on our NEXT! cruise so would rather not book 'island tours' this time around.

Aruba -

Curacao -

St. Maarten -

St. Thomas -

San Juan - (we are staying at the airport hotel the night of our return b/c our jetblue flight into Newark leaves at 4am! so we need something good to do during the day here).

Thanks in advance for any advice.
