P&O Cruise Travel Insurance for Group of 4

Afternoon all

Apologies if already posted somewhere but couldn't find via search facility. Looking for recommendations for a 7 day, single trip insurance for a group of 4. Trip is from UK, flights to Malta and then cruise stopping in Croatia with return to Malta and then flights home. Trip did include Italy but itinerary has now changed

P&O recommend travel insurance with Holidayextras, who I assume they have a deal with, but this seems very expensive to me for what it is and I already have annual travel insurance via house insurance policy so just want something to cover this specific trip.

Just want to make sure we have something that ticks all the P&O required boxes as they have to see insurance docs and without being overly expensive
