Internet package

Is it cheaper to buy the internet package pre-cruise or wait until we are on the ship?

There are a couple threads on this (I think if you search WiFi you'll find some).  The BEST deal would be to wait until the second day and they allow you to "trade" your unused free-at-sea minutes (do NOT use the internet on day 1) as a credit toward purchase of the unlimited.
