When we booked this cruise, we received "Affinity Group 5 Meals Package" as a perk.  How does this work in an a la carte restaurant?  Do you have a certain amount to spend or do you get to choice one item from each course (appetizer, entree, dessert)?  Do we assume we will need to pay the 20% service charge even though the dining package was free?
