Do both people in a cabin have to purchase a Voom package for 1 device. My husband does not own a device,and I would like to pay 

for one person only. Is this possibe?

No, you can purchase just for you. Just select your name when purchasing it and not your husband's.

Charge is per device. Should not be a problem.
