If you look back at what time they left you can go to the webcam and roll it back to that time. You have to advance it minute by minute but if you really want to see the ships pull out, they're there!

I think you'll be able to see the ships from this angle. You are looking at the Mobile cruise terminal in the foreground and the ship yard is across the river and to the right. You'll see the cranes. Incidentally, they just had a ship crash into one of the docks here in Mobile today a little up the river and it knocked down a 200 ft crane, killed a man and crushed a bunch of containers stacked on the dock. Pray for the families.
