Hello all,

 

Today we decide to cancel our Epic cruise for 2023 Trans-Atlantic Haven Suite because we didn't know if one of us could go.

but now my question is we booked this cruise by NCL uk and we prepaid the Tips and now they are saying you can't have that back either which sounds very odd.

there reason was its part of the deposit and for that reason you cannt have it back so could one of you helping us out because this sounds like stealing money for the service we never get.

If the cruise is in 2023 then you should only have paid a deposit at this point, which would not be refundable.

 

The prepaid gratuities are generally paid with final payment. Did you specifically pay extra for these above your deposit?
