Shops on Iona

Hi All, when we are on Iona we have more OBC than normal so I just wondered what the shops are like. Do they sell electrical items, if so what sort? Are there I pads etc.? Thanks.

Certainly a shop sold iPads and that when I was aboard last year.  I don't think you will struggle.  Britannia had nowhere that sold electricals of that sort which was bitter sweet for me, nowhere to browse but saved £££.  

 

Watch out for clothing that was more expensive in larger sizes, I found that and don't agree.  Naturally I'm XL and found that same were more expensive than their S, M and L.

Anyone have an update as to what shops Arvia has onboard please. I expect we will have to wait a few weeks for people to get back off the first cruise. 

 

A friend told us over Christmas that they had written to P & O to ask if they sold mobile phones on board Iona and the answer came back No. So I am hoping they still do sell other electrical items.

The electrical items sold on Iona are not great .They sold 2 phones from Samsung £300 and £800 a few Bluetooth speakers and accessories but no ipads or anything similar I bought the £300 phone which was about 10% cheaper at the time .A few curling tongs in the perfume shop .No cameras

Thanks, that’s a shame then we were hoping to spend the OBC on something useful .

 

Hopefully we will get some feedback from Arvia re the shops when they return from the first few voyages.
