Medical Questionnaire

Just received email with attached questionnaire for medical requirements before boarding for cruise next April on Iona which says must be returned asap.

Have you booked an accessible cabin? Thats the usual reason for receiving one.

Checked deck plans and booking details and they say standard cabin with no mobility scooter. Maybe we have just been picked out or the deck plans are wrong. Will contact P&O to check as don’t want to stop anyone who needs a special cabin as we do not require one.
