Email offer from royal

I have 3 bids for royal up cabins, the web site shows all categories sold  out for my bids.

got an email today from royal Carribean asking me if I want to upgrade to jr. Suite, grand suite,and owners suite for a good price.

prices offered were 20% higher than my offer at royal up.

prices were much lower than royals normally showed went these suites were available.

what’s going on? Thanks
